We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Electrical Technician to join our Maintenance Department in a factory setting.
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an electrical technician in an industrial or factory environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, drives, control panels, PLCs, and automation equipment
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals
• Familiarity with safety procedures and electrical maintenance best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical faults
• Good organizational skills and ability to document maintenance activities
• Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems
• Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
• Understanding of factory processes and lean manufacturing concepts
• Good communication skills in English
