We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our digital marketing services and event solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across digital campaigns, sponsorships, and event-related services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new clients for digital marketing services (social media, ads, branding, content, etc.) and events (conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships).
Present and sell customized marketing and event solutions to businesses.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Understand client needs and propose tailored strategies and packages.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Attend networking events, meetings, and industry-related activities when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, media, or events.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Goal-oriented with a strong closing mindset.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services and event sponsorship models.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling sponsorships, exhibition spaces, or marketing packages.
Existing network of business contacts is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of social media advertising and online marketing trends.
