We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in Dubai Technical products marketing to manage our company’s social media presence, digital marketing campaigns, and website content. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and experienced in running effective online campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
• Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, and reels to increase audience engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance community interaction.
• Digital Marketing & Advertising:
• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Track, analyze, and optimize ad performance using analytics tools to ensure maximum ROI.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and online visibility.
• Website & Content Management:
• Update and manage website content, ensuring it remains relevant and optimized for SEO.
• Write and edit blog posts, property descriptions, and landing pages to drive organic traffic.
• Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for a better user experience.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate industry insights.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate digital marketing in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
• Experience in designing social media and website content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design software.
• Familiarity with WordPress, website management, and basic HTML is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (based on experience).
• Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
