Description:
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and adaptable Personal Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide personal and administrative support. This role requires someone who is well-organized, presentable, and confident in representing the employer in both personal and professional settings. Flexible working hours and occasional travel are part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendars
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion
Represent the employer in meetings, appointments, and personal matters when required
Assist with personal tasks, errands, and day-to-day support
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
Organize documents and maintain confidentiality at all times
Provide flexible support based on changing needs
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexible availability (including occasional evenings/weekends)
Willingness to travel when required
Well-presented and confident
