La Capitale Real Estate is looking for an Agent Marketing Lead to take ownership of our agent-facing marketing function. This is a hands-on role focused on social media execution, lead generation, and supporting agents with high-quality marketing output, while also leading and coordinating the marketing team.
You will work closely with recruitment, sales agents, and leadership to ensure agents are visible, supported, and consistently generating inbound interest through strong digital presence.
This role suits someone who understands real estate marketing in Dubai, is confident leading others, and knows how to turn content and platforms into real leads.
Key Responsibilities
Agent & Business Marketing
Lead and execute social media marketing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support agents with personal branding, listings promotion, and campaign ideas
Ensure consistent brand presence across all agent-facing content
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing with active listings and priorities
Lead Generation & Performance
Support and contribute to lead generation strategies via social media and digital channels
Understand how to generate, track, and optimise inbound leads
Collaborate with CRM and recruitment teams to ensure leads are used effectively
Analyse performance and refine content based on engagement and lead quality
Marketing Team Leadership
Lead and coordinate the internal marketing team (media, content, design)
Set priorities, timelines, and quality standards
Act as the main point of contact between marketing and agents
Ensure fast turnaround and high standards for agent requests
Technology & Tools
Comfortable using AI and automation tools for content creation, scheduling, and optimisation
Stay up to date with new tools that improve speed, quality, and output
Help implement smarter workflows across the marketing function
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally within real estate
Experience leading or coordinating a marketing or media team
Strong understanding of how social media converts into real leads
Confident using modern marketing tools and platforms (including AI-assisted tools)
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced brokerage environment
Clear communication skills and the ability to work closely with agents and management
