Job Description:
We are looking for a company driver with a valid UAE driving license (Category No. 4). Relevant driving experience is required.
Heavy Truck Driver – Job Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely to deliver and collect goods from warehouses, suppliers, and customers
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items as per delivery schedule
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage
- Assist with warehouse operations when there are no deliveries (packing, sorting, labeling, stock arrangement)
- Verify delivery documents such as invoices and delivery notes and collect signatures when required
- Check quantity and condition of goods before leaving and upon delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the company vehicle
- Follow UAE traffic laws, safety rules, and company policies at all times
- Report vehicle issues, delivery delays, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately
- Support warehouse staff with general duties as needed
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (Category No. 4)
- Proven experience as a company or warehouse driver
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to load and unload goods and assist with warehouse work
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Basic knowledge of delivery documents (invoice, delivery note)
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Willing to work 6 days per week
