We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our team. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance monitoring, recruitment coordination, and assisting the HR department in carrying out various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documents.
Coordinate recruitment activities including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Handle HR-related queries from employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour law.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (UAE experience preferred).
Knowledge of HR procedures and UAE labour law is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
