Key Responsibilities
-Administrative Support
-Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
-Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
-Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
-Organize files (digital and physical) and maintain records
Personal & Daily Assistance
-Manage personal errands and appointments
-Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transportation)
-Assist with household or family-related tasks if required
-Handle confidential information with discretion

oordination & Communication
-Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
-Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and approvals
-Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules
Planning & Organization
-Maintain task lists and priorities
-Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
-Support decision-making with research and data collection
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-High level of discretion and confidentiality
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
-Tech-savvy and quick learner
