Job Title Personal Assistant to General Manager Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi (Hybrid, a mix of remote work and in-person support as required) Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a senior executive across both professional and personal responsibilities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, confidential environment. This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in supporting at a senior level and understands the importance of trust, structure, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Professional / Work Support Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritisation Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes where required, and track follow-ups Handle professional correspondence, emails, and calls with discretion Assist with document preparation, presentations, and basic reporting Support day-to-day operational tasks related to ongoing projects and business activities Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and service providers as needed Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems Personal / Lifestyle Support Manage personal appointments, travel arrangements, and logistics Assist with household-related coordination (service providers, maintenance, bookings) Handle personal errands and ad-hoc requests when required Support travel planning, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries Ensure smooth coordination between personal and professional schedules Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a senior individual Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills ***High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism*** Ability to work independently and anticipate needs Comfortable managing both professional and personal tasks Tech-savvy, proficient in email, calendar tools, and document preparation Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure Work Environment Professional, respectful, and structured Work may be conducted remotely, from home, in a home office, public locations (cafés or hotel lobbies), Flexibility is essential, but expectations will always be communicated clearly Compensation Competitive and commensurate with experience Start Date As soon as suitable candidate is identified
